Dear friends
November has certainly started with a splash! At the beginning of August we asked you to let us know about any baptisms happening in your church and you have been amazing in doing this. So far in November we have heard of nineteen baptisms bringing our total for 2025 to fifty one! We praise God for each person and pray that they will continue to grow in faith and love for Jesus.
We heard one amazing story from Sam Dunn, the minister at Melton Mowbray Baptist Church. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
We would love to hear from you if you have baptisms happening in your church - drop us an email at hello@embaptists.org.uk
Christmas is coming...

We have asked people from the Assocation to share their thoughts on what Advent means to them. We'll be sharing these short videos daily in our social media and on the website as we prepare for the birth of the saviour
The Annual Return

These statistics are then gathered together to paint a picture of how we're doing as a Baptist family. The count is usually done on Sunday 30th November by the Church Secretary so if you are a Church Secretary look out for information in your emails about how to complete it or

Job Vacancies
Details about vacancies in the EMBA and more widely can be found on the EMBA WEBSITE VACANCIES PAGE
Please have a look at your church's "spot" on the CHURCHES PAGE on our website and let us know if any contact info needs updating. It would help people to find you if there was a photo of your building and your website and/or contact email address. We know that the first contact many people have when looking for a church is their website so something that's easy to find helps. We can also add your social media info. Contact SARAH with any updates.
Please can we ask that if you are about to go on sabbatical, leave or holiday and want to pause the emails you receive from EMBA, please get in touch so that we can make the adjustments. We'd ask that you do not unsubscribe without speaking to us as this can cause problems with how the EMBA holds your information rather than just not receiving emails.
Please find the team's contact details here if you need to get in touch with anyone.
Blessings
EMBA Team
